Services

TCC offers an array of confidential services for families, adults, adolescents and children. TCC also offers group therapy for a variety of issues including: Divorce, Grief, Money & Marriage and Parenting. We also offer a Life Skills group by Life Innovations® for adolescents. Either through individual counseling or group therapy and support, TCC aims to assist our clients with the necessary clinical service to address their needs.

Workshops

TCC also offer educational workshops and team building encounters for groups. Workshops are an excellent way to learn more about specific topics. Typical workshops are two hours long; other workshops are a full day. Our workshops are tailored to meet the needs of your audience and organizational needs. We are continually updating our workshop schedule and encourage you to contact us regarding a workshop or team building encounter you would like us to facilitate.

Psychological Assessments

TCC psychological assessments services are contracted by referral. Our professional forensic assessments are scheduled by appointment, with each session normally lasting two hours. Our assessments are designed to determine individual and family functioning. They include all of the components necessary for understanding the clients underlying issues; including biological,

psychological, educational, family and social problems. Additionally, our psychological reports are concise, and offer specific treatment and self-care recommendations. We have also formatted our reports so they can be used for creating case plan for a continuum of care.

TCC can also provide a formal letter to schools, probation officers, and other agencies that require information; however, this will incur an additional fee. We are happy to speak with involved professionals provided that we have consent, so that we can collaborate with other professionals to assist your client in remaining actively engaged in treatment.

EAP Services

A troubled employee can make a significant impact on your bottom line in the form of lower productivity, decreased morale, the involvement of other employees and management, or the loss of an employee who received significant training. However, with support and comprehensive care, the majority of problems can be resolved before you lose a valuable employee, or before that employee causes problems for your business.

Employee assistance programs are primarily counseling and consultation services that are designed to offer help and guidance for employees who maybe experiencing personal difficulties. Timely, cost-effective interventions will provided much needed support for your employee and translate into savings for your organization.
